Finding just the right caring, responsible, loving forever home for each
and every one of our precious puppies is paramount to us.  We ask
potential puppy buyers to fill out our 'Puppy Application' form so
that we can learn a little about them, their family and their lifestyle
in an effort to make the best possible match between puppy and puppy
buyer.  If you are interested in purchasing a Pyx Poodles puppy,
please call or email us and we will send you our Puppy application via
email for you to fill out and return to us. 

 *Filling out an application does not obligate interested parties to purchase a
 puppy from Pyx Poodles nor does it obligate us to sell a puppy to anyone
that fills out our application.  It's just a way for us to get to know prospective puppy  buyers a little better in an effort to determine if one of our puppies would be a
suitable fit for their families. *
